New Cartoon Discovery

SO, i discovered a new (well, old but new to me) cartoon on nicktoons of all places just a couple days ago. Has anyone seen Invader Zim (http://www.nick.com/all_nick/tv_supersites/zim/) before? It is done by the same guy who draws Johnny the Homicidal Maniac (http://www.viciousgrin.com/jthm/gjohnny.html) and SQUEE! (http://www.viciousgrin.com/jthm/gsquee.html). His art is extremely cool and kinda sarcastic and cynical and just plain strange. It's very fitting to my idiom. If you haven't seen it maybe you should check it out :wink:

hmm.. may have to look for that one. I knida dig this guys' look. Johnny the Homicidal Maniac is freaky wierd. Not sure that I'm THAT into psychoticly dark material, though.

it's not nearly as dark and psychotic as you would assume from the title of the book. Johnny is really a very cynical and sarcastic story about how people treat other people. Sure there's a few disembowelments, but overall it's a pretty clean story. Invader Zim isn't psychotic at all but it has the same artwork style and a strange quirky feel to it. When I get out of this class and to my desk i'll give you a link to download some of the episodes. And since they are not available commercially, it's not even illegal to download them :wink:

ok, in order to grab these files, you're gonna need the Bit Torrent (http://bitconjurer.org/BitTorrent/download.html) client (if you don't already have it). Then after installing that adware free piece of yummy downloading tool, here are the episodes.

These are all divx files and they are VERY high quality, and with the Bit Torrent client, it comes down FAST.
