Now here's a new FPS game that grabbed my attention. The storyline itself in the game is very similar to the movie Bourne Identity, but what sets it apart is it's very good use of cell shading. It uses the Unreal 2 engine so you know it'll be pretty. A quote from the site:

Experience innovative gameplay based on comic-style effects (e.g. sound of footsteps graphically represented by the words "tap, tap, tap" on the screen to allow you to detect enemies around the corner) as well as a wide variety of more classic gameplay (e.g. cunning use of human shields, silent weapons, handy gadgets, etc.).To survive, you'll master techniques ranging from covert infiltration to heavy combat as you battle sinister conspiratorial forces.

See for yourselves. Here's some screenshots (http://www.xiii-thegame.com/uk/screenshots.php).

I just got done playing the demo. This game ROCKS!! It plays like your in a comic book (which is what they were intending :P). The graphics are beautiful and smooth, the music fits perfectly with the situation adding the right amount of tension. This is definately a must have when it comes out, which as of the latest word will be this winter. You guys HAVE to try this.

Hey!, I saw a review of this on extended play just the other day and it REALLY grabbed my attention. I'm VERY excited for this game. I really liked how when you did certain actions (like SNIPE someone) it brings up comic-book-like cells with a close up of the snipe. Just on watching the review on extended play, I'd have to say this one may be worthy of my money.
