We were actually discussing this in our IGDA club. Many console gamers say yes, many PC gamers say no. However, it just shows that the market for Games as a whole is large and diverse. This is overall a great thing. I love to game on my PC, it is by far my preferred medium and I know there are a lot more just like me. I see no reason to try to "kill" off one or the other, they can peacefully coexist IMO.
