Blah I'll believe it when I see it. Hell i can make hydron gas. I can even figure out a way to get it to the intake manifold. If it's that good some major car manufacturere will buy it or some petroleum conglomearate. Either way it's as good as dead and burried.

I don't think so... There was time when the petroleum conglomerates had complete control of all things in this industry. I can name off several ideas that would have put a major dent in the oil companies pockets but where quickly snatched up by them and buried. But now the government is mandating that US auto manufacturers meet specific fuel saving and emmission requirements because all the tree huggers with deep pockets are forcing the government to do so. The lobbyists don't want to lose their supporter money. ;) This is why you now see ALOT more alternative fuels and hybrid's.
Personally, I see this device in new cars soon to come. And alot sooner than you think.
