Upset with the guild, burnt out. Weeboo just became fed up with some of the members not pulling their weight. Stromgarde will be a great GM he has the drive.... We will miss weebs though he brought a lot to the guild.

Being a large guild leader is a TON of work. It's like being a manager, you have to deal with everyone's whining all the time and crap. I don't think I'd ever have the drive to do that.
