Last days at work

It's strange how when you work at some place you really don't enjoy, that on your last day you'd think you'd be jumping for joy. Instead you are met with mixed feelings. Perhaps its the fact that you've become acustomed to things and change is inherently frightening. Maybe its the bonds with co-workers that can only be forged while being tortured and enslaved by the great 'flaming evil eye'. Maybe you feel like your abandoning the rest of the prisoners. However, I have escaped the gaze of the eye, now it is time for you to destroy the ring D-Bone! Set the world free again. I join the ranks of many of the rest of you, as an ex co-worker of D-Bone; ah, now we can just be friends.

I will do my best to destroy the ring. Hopefully I can soon escape as well. Although it is sad to see you go, you know I wish you nothing but happiness and success at your new job. As a co-worker, it will be impossible to replace you. Thanks for making the job fun these last 4+ years.

Malice, I can relate to your story though, same kind of emotions here when I left the evil treachery that is HP. In a way sad sadistic way I too felt that I was abandoning the others left behind. (Except Cheesus :)) The good news is those feelings pass and soon you meet a whole other group of prisoners just waiting to be enlightend by your words and quick wit!
