Star Wars Episode III Title

Time for a new poll. Since the title was just announced, I thought this would make a good one. Vote!

Revenge of the Sith?!? What are they 'revenging'? Did someone speak a cross word to the Sith to make them vow vengence? Did Obi-wan spank Anakin a little too hard one time to really push Anakin to the dark side or maybe Obi-wan didn't hug him enough? :|

Phantom Menace is the only title that I sorta liked out of this whole new series.

The Sith are revenging themselves upon the Jedi for forcing them to spend thousands of years hiding in the shadows rather than controlling the universe, as is their destiny. This would be the first time they've talked about since the Sith Wars that the Sith have actually been able to garner a lot of power. Really, they are going to be killing off all the Jedi, so I'd call that a pretty good revenge.

I agree with dante. It sounds to me like the sith are just like all those whiny self important hot-topic-goth kiddies out there. Whining about how the world is against them and they are different from everyone else (but in the same way) and vowing they will extract revenge from anyone who's ever called them "loser" or "dork".

Don't get me wrong, I'm still looking forward to this movie even if it's more to see the dark side winning than anything else, but you'd think they could have a little more creative effort. At least with the title Phantom Menace the title fit the movie. Attack of the Clones? they didn't attack anything, they were used by the main story characters to defend the republic. I'm going to try not looking into this third one much at all till i see it though, so i continue to keep my fingers crossed that lucas will pull his head out of his ass.

Yeah, you really don't want to get ME started. I could care less about the title, its the content of the movie that concerns me. #2 was better than #1 but still some extra cheese. OK, OK...I'll shh right now... :?
