<p>Watching other gamers play games is not for everyone, but there's certainly an audience for it, and the Championship Gaming Series (CGS) is hoping that a new TV deal will help expand their reach.</p> <p>The LA-based CGS -- describing itself as "the only worldwide professional video gaming league" -- has entered in a partnership with G4 Media to broadcast four 90-minute episodes covering competitions to be held this summer.</p> <p>This isn't the first TV deal for the league, following a few partnerships that saw extensive coverage of last year's championship events in other global markets. </p> <p><a></a></p> <p>The complete airing schedule on G4 is as follows:</p> <ul> <li><strong>July 16:</strong> 2008 North America Final </li> <li><strong>July 19:</strong> 2008 World Final quarterfinals </li> <li><strong>July 26:</strong> 2008 World Final semifinals </li> <li><strong>August 2:</strong> 2008 World Final championship match</li> </ul> <p>You can also catch CGS activities and events through <a href="http://www.youtube.com/cgs">a dedicated YouTube channel</a>.
