Why do alot of people dread mondays? Is it because you hate your job that much or are you just lazy and don't want to work. Whatever your answer is, are they really that bad?

I typically have a fresh mind on monday. Fresh enough where I actually want to sit in my office listening to the conversations of my co-workers. I think it makes you more tolerant of the people you are around simply because you have been off doing your own thing for two days.

The one thing I get to hear about this morning in my office, is the Maryland Terps jerseys which I could careless about, and the Washington Redskins new head football coach "Jim Zorn" which I care even less about. I like sports and love football, but that is the price I have paid for moving from Colorado out to the east coast. I have no choice but to just deal with it.

As I accept my place into the grind of everyday life I listen to the song "Bittersweet Symphony" by the Verve, which I actually did this morning. Three times! A wonderful song on my oneway, 50 minute, 3 state commute from Virginia through West Virginia into Maryland just to get to work this morning at 7am EST. The lyrics are quite good if you like the grind everyday life, if you have not paid attention to them you should. It is a great song.

So with the last thought of today. Think about the song "Monday, Monday" by the "Mammas and the Pappas". Now that is a good monday song. As you do that. I will continue to listen about the Maryland Terps.... Sigh..

That song always reminds me of the movie with Sarah Michelle Gellar and Ryan Phillippe... Cruel Intentions. She was so damn hot in that movie.
