Welcome to the Ordinary World, where bordem allows a person to think about the things that you don't really think about all the time. Take a few moments to sit back and contemplate what is Ordinary and why the little things of this world are the way they are.
The Duran Duran song "Ordinary World" is a great song, but sometimes the words take a meaning and form that describes reality in ways that we may not even think of because we are too busy in our real lives to notice.
I am listening to two people talk about airline flights in my office this morning. (The whole reason why I decided to write this and explore my creativity, when I should be working) Is it not odd that a small air plane the takes you from one minor airport to another is called a "Puddle Jumper"? Does it jump a puddle? Is there a body of water that this small plane must fly over to make it official? An air plane with legs that jumps puddles might be an interesting thing but when you really think about it, it sounds kinda funny. I guess thats what makes it Ordinary.
