Next Event: June 5-6th

Location:
The Summit Conference and Event Center 411 Sable Blvd.
Aurora, CO 80011
phone (303) 343-3833
Fax (303) 343-3836

Details:
The event will open its doors at about 10, we will run till 4pm the next day. The BYOC registration is 35 dollars at the door, the X-Box registration is 50 dollars for a team of 3. A few people have asked if there is a discounted rate for those who have prepaid, or who are still looking to prepay, unfortunatly because this is a first time event there is no discount for those who prepay. However, the option is still open for those of you who want to secure a spot. If enough people prepay, we will have to restrict the amount of people that registered and didn't prepay. REGISTERING WITHOUT PREPAY DOES NOT GARAUNTEE YOU A SPOT AT THE EVENT.
All participants MUST sign the Liability Form, and the Terms and Conditions Form.No one will be allowed in the doors without these forms signed and handed in

Prizes: All prizes will be announced shortly before the event. As event registration rises, so does the amount of sw4g, which is why we won't know how much sw4g we will have untill right before the LAN.

Tournaments: Just like with the prizes, we will announce the tournaments and rules shortly before the event for the same reasons. We won't know how much interest we have in what games etc. untill right before the event.

Games Servers: - (suggest your favorite game)
Whatever you guys bring.

Requirements:
X-Box: All X-Box participants must supply their own TV and X-Box. The Halo tournament is for teams of 3. The X-Box admission is 50 dollars per team.

BYOC: See the equipment list for details. BYOC admission is 35 dollars.

Rules:
- No Drinking/Drugs will be allowed.
- No fighting, verbal or physical. It's just a game.
- Administrators have the final say.

I might think about it and the tourney sounds cool and well organized however it?s the fee that sucks ass? 35 bucks seems kinda high to me. I wonder what type of tourneys they are going to have on that day? It would be so kick ass if they had a RTCW, ET or COD tourney. So who in {OOE} would possibly be able to attend this event, could we get a possible head count if u are some what interested in it???

I can't, parents in town and baby shower happening that day. But I do agree, 35 bucks is steep for a LAN. If you guys go, good luck!

I have to pass too. Just consider me out for the summer. All my weekends are booked until school starts. And I thought summer vacation meant a vacation :?

I had a HD crash on my new kick-ass computer. I broke the raid and reinstalled XP on the one good drive, but I don't have any of the games installed yet. Just happened last night.

I can already hear everybody going, "Ah, now we know why you got it so cheap!" :nono:

Good news, Alienware is replacing the HD under warranty. Should be back up and running with my RAID 0 in a week or two.
