We have a very useful registry tweak that has all the registry entries to make your new, or old, XP install nice, tight and optimized.

Grab it here (http://www.orderofevisceration.com/download/utilities/RegTweaks.reg).

Here's the list of tweaks that it sets:

This adds the "Open Command Window Here" on the right click menu for folders
Classic search, full path in title bar and address bar.
Allow renaming of Recycle Bin
Change MenuShowDelay (Start Menu load speed)
Max your Internet Explorer's simultaneous downloads to 10 (default was 2)
Removes Sign up with Passport Wizard when trying to sign in MSN Messenger

I especially like how it changes the simultaneous dls for IE to 10, then later on in the same reg script changes it to 0x20 (32)

HA! Good catch Ghostie!! Perhaps I will alter this file so the registry newbies won't have to try and figure out what you caught. :P
