Me too!!!! I just read a review on your case and they said some crazy thing about it having only mediocre cooling. Your thoughts on that?

As per our discussion I don't think it has poor cooling or even mediocre. I got the optional 2nd 120 in the front and that helps a lot I think. It makes a little more noise, I can actually hear it sometimes. However, it is so much better than the one I had before, that thing was a freaking jet engine!!! All and all I have never been this happy with a case or computer I've built. Everthing has lived up to my expectations which I must admit were very high. The Radeon 9800XT is unbelievable. It plays like a dream in 1600x1200 in UT2K3 with all the details maxed. If I force AA and Anosotropic Filtering it cuts the frames down a little too much at 16x12 but other than that this thing screams. The Seagate 160GB SATA drive is very fast, it seems faster than my 2 IBM's in a RAID 0. The CPU is fantastic as well. There is a driver you can load in windows for the processor that is part of something called AMD's Cool and Quiet technology. This thing is amazing. What it does is actually turn the CPU fan off if the CPU is not running hot and it also will change voltages and clock speeds and all kinds of crazy stuff on the fly. So if my PC is sitting idle, usually will lower the voltages and stuff and the cpu stays cool without the fan running. Its like putting the PC into standby but not having all that madness that goes with that. So overall, when I took it gaming and was really pushing it for a couple of hours it stayed pretty cool. The room was very warm, probably like 75-78 and the case temp got to 30C and the CPU maxed at 50C, however, the video card runs very hot and I think that is what generates most of the heat. Just idle that runs about 67C and according to their chart thats about half of the max temp so that thing can really cook. I'll post some pictures and a link in a little while.

OK, I posted the pictures. See them here (http://www.orderofevisceration.com/forum/album_personal.php?user_id=4).

I STONGLY suggest you sort by Time in Ascending and not descending order to get the full effect from box to power on, but thats up to you.

Damn, that's a good looking case. That should become the OOE standard case. :P

Now we're impatiently waiting for some benchmark scores with you running Windows XP 64-bit version.

Well you can see some similar benchmarks here (http://www.anandtech.com/systems/showdoc.html?i=1961). :silent:

If you want to see MY benchmarks its probably going to be in about 6 weeks when spring break hits! Plus I hear there isn't Radeon drivers out yet anyway.

As for regular benchmarks, I can do some of those. What do you want to see, 3dMark of course but what else would be of interest?
