UT 2004 delayed to February 2004

And the release dates are set by jackass marketing guys who refuse to listen to the developers about how long it will really take. And then the pussy middle managers for the developers won't stand up to the marketing guys so then this happens. It's a vicious cycle. Seen all this stuff first hand. It's just how it is.
